Dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji tentang asesmen autentik (kognitif, psikomotorik dan afektif) disekolah dasar, yang ditinjau dari berbagai artikel penelitian yang membahas topik yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Narrative Literature Review (NLR) dengan teknik Compare. Data dikumpulkan melalui artikel-artikel dari jurnal nasional yang diterbitkan selama delapan tahun terakhir yang menjadi sumber data penelitian ini, yaitu dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Dari 15 artikel asesmen autentik di sekolah dasar, ditemukan bahwa guru telah melaksanakan penilaian autentik disekolah dasar dengan mencakup penilaian kognitif, psikomotorik dan afektif. Namun, dalam implementasi penilaian autentik masih ditemukan beberapa kendala yang dialami guru.

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang nilai karakter pada kearifan local Kampung Naga di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran nilai Pendidikan karakter pada kearifan local di Kampung Naga. Penggunaan pendekatan tersebut bermula dari ketertarikan peneliti untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam kaitan fenomena yang dialami oleh informan. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah tokoh adat, orang tua. Dan pendidik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat 18 nilai karakter pada Kearifan Lokal Kampung Naga Kabupaten Tasikmalaya

The Covid 19 pandemic has changed the world to adapt to a new normal era. Inevitable changes occur in several dimensions of life. One of them is education. The Blended Learning model is also increasingly being used. The Blended Learning Model requires mixed media as well. One of them is learning videos. This research is an actualization of a mentoring program for MI Teachers in the City of Salatiga in making video learning media using the Canva and Kinemaster applications. The aim of this program is to increase teachers' pedagogic abilities in providing a more attractive and efficient learning environment and Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM). But it does not eliminate the interaction of teachers and students. The result of this program is that at the end of the training, teachers have been able to make videos based on these two applications and use them in learning. Apart from using it in their own learning, the teachers also share the videos with the public via their YouTube channel and with their colleagues. They also provide video-making tutoring to other fellow teachers who don't have the opportunity to take part in the training.

This research aims to identify methods used to improve the human resource management (HR) regime to enhance the quality of education in primary schools because education at the primary level significantly influences the growth of individuals, communities, and countries. This study used a qualitative approach to collect data using interviews, observations, and document analysis. Research shows that effective human resource management can improve the quality of education in elementary schools. Methods such as careful teacher recruitment and selection, training, and continuous performance evaluation are essential to enhancing teacher capabilities and quality. Strong leadership from the principal in managing is also critical. Principals who motivate, lead well, and create a positive work environment can help teachers and school employees do better. The results show that achieving the vision and mission of better education and personnel administration will optimize elementary school human resource management. To improve the quality of education in elementary schools, education stakeholders must create policies and management practices based on educational goals.

This research was conducted to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Al-Anshory Boarding Elementary School in Cirebon City using a phenomenological approach. This qualitative study explores the individual experiences of teachers, principals, and supervisors through observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Efforts were made to ensure data validity, including extending the data collection period, conducting continuous observation, triangulation, and involving peers in discussions. The results of the study show that the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools can produce students with noble character, independence, critical thinking, creativity, cooperation, and a sense of diversity. The principal encourages various unique and innovative participatory programs. However, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum faces challenges such as resource constraints, lack of training, and limited learning time. Nevertheless, there are opportunities to improve implementation through collaboration between teachers, principals, and supervisors involving the community and utilizing technology. This research provides insights to overcome challenges and take advantage of opportunities in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools.
