This research paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the pivotal role and profound impact that the MICE industry plays in the beautiful country of Thailand. An attempt has been made to give significance to this multi-billion-dollar industry, which has not only been boosting the economy of the nation but also shaping and enriching its tourism landscape. It broadly defines the concept of the MICE industry primarily going deep into the understanding of the multi-composites involved within it and meeting its diversity-strength of incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. Thus, a framework has been developed from this process, important to the ensuing analysis of Thailand's unique positionality as a Southeast Asia leader for MICE destinations. Against this background, the richness of the culture of Thailand, trademark hospitality, and the strategic geographical location are seen as major driving elements toward its success as a favorite destination for events related to MICE. The next section highlights the economic impact of the MICE Industry in Thailand. It also describes in detail, through voluminous data and rigorous analysis, the immense generation of revenue, creation of jobs, and infrastructure development in direct relation to MICE activities. This quantification acts to attest to the huge potential and transformative power that the MICE industry can bring about in the overall economic growth and prosperity of Thailand. While the paper acknowledges the astonishing success of the MICE industry, it never fails to discuss its challenges. It gives light to various challenges that are, or may be, threatening for the continued success of the industry, such as political instability and emerging competition. Additionally, environmental considerations are given due to the research, with an emphasis on the need for sustainable practices within the MICE sector. In the process of identifying these challenges, the study further identifies a set of opportunities that exist for the sustainable growth and innovation of Thailand's MICE industry. It identifies various effective strategies that could be adopted to enhance the position of Thailand within the global MICE market. This includes strategies related to increased collaboration between the government and private sectors in substantial investment in infrastructure, and a focus on promoting and implementing sustainability throughout the industry. In all, this meta-research study sends across that the MICE industry plays an important role in knowledge exchange, economic growth, and global connectivity. Thus, it creates a sense of optimism and exuberance from the comprehensive outlook toward the future potential of the MICE industry in Thailand and continued growth and success within this vibrant and diverse nation.

Cyberattacks threaten the safety and security of patient data and system integrity, and these have been a major problem healthcare faces in recent times. Their main target is the Electronic Health Records (EHR) of the industry. These cyberattacks come with serious consequences such as disruption of operations, ransomware infections and data breaches to mention a few [1]. This paper explains how quantum-driven predictive cybersecurity framework can secure EHR systems through the use of quantum computing and machine learning. The application of quantum algorithms such as Quantum Support Vector Machines (QSVM) and Grover’s Search helps in detecting, preventing and predicting cyber threats [2, 3]. The paper also focuses on end-to-end methodology, real-world case scenarios, traditional models, comparative analysis and implementable recommendations.

Urban green spaces (UGS) are essential to ensure the quality of life and fulfillment of city dwellers. There is a growing interest in research investigating the association between green space and climate resilience in urban area. This study aims to inventory both formal and informal green spaces in Kara, the second-largest city in Togo, and to analyze the characteristics expected by the local population. The photo-interpretation method was used to find UGSs, using very high-resolution satellite images under Google Earth Pro software. For each UGS found, the surface areas were determined using GPS forms. The proportion of UGSs per habitant was established in comparison with the standard defined by the Word Health Organization (WHO). In additional, a survey from 373 informants was carried out the challenges of UGSs sustainability, including local community needs. The results show that Kara city has 39 green spaces, ranging in size from 0.1 hectares to 5.59 hectares. These are mainly building greens spaces (51.3%), natural and semi-natural areas (28.2%), trees lining the roads (17.9%), and parks and recreation (2.6%). Per capita green space calculated was 0.2 square meters, very low compared with the threshold of 10 square meters per inhabitant recommended by the WHO. Despite their small size, the green spaces in this town are still very important. Local community expected eight (08) challenges of UGS project, including accessibility, cleanliness and the availability of development infrastructures (safety, lighting, drinking fountains, walking routes, shaded areas and children’s playgrounds). It is therefore important for municipal authorities to give much more attention to green spaces in future urban development plans.

In Cameroon, cocoa production is the most profitable economic activity for rural communities particularly in the Mbonge Sub-Division. This sector provides a vital source of income and employment opportunities for numerous small-scale farmers. Despite their crucial role, cocoa farmers still struggle to earn significant income, leaving them unable to meet their basic needs or achieve a good standard of living. This study seeks to examine the constraints to cocoa production and their effects on rural livelihoods in Mbonge Sub-Division. To achieve this objective, descriptive and explanatory research designs were used with both primary and secondary data collected and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. A random sampling was employed to select a sample of 368 respondents including all stakeholders involved in cocoa production process within the study area. The results revealed that the constant fluctuation in cocoa prices, inadequate access to credit facilities, insecure land tenure, poor infrastructural development like roads, poor storage facilities, climate variability and change were the major constraints to cocoa production observed in the study area. These constraints have resulted in a 50% fall in the total production and revenue. There is a drastic drop in income from approximately 18,700,000,000-billion-franc C.F.A in 2011-to-9000,000,000-billion-franc C.F.A in 2020. The overall effects of the constraints on rural livelihoods on the inhabitants of Mbonge is the difficulty to access quality health care, feeding, decent housing, clothing, toiletries, household utilities, education, socialization, and savings. Purchasing power of farmers has remained very low, in addition to a high rate of inflation. The study recommends farmers to improve on cocoa certification, encourage savings and diversification of their sources of income and activity. The government is recommended to improve on integrated rural development projects, cocoa extension services and more efforts to solve the socio-political crises plaguing the area. Given the pivotal role of the cocoa sector, agricultural policies should be favourable to small farm holders amidst the constraints to ameliorate and improve cocoa production, thus improving rural livelihoods.

A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography method is developed and validated for the determination of tranexamic acid Ethamsylate in bulk drug and marketed dosage forms. The chromatographic determination was performed on Shimadzu Lab solutions with a variable wavelength detector. The separation was conducted using thermoscientific Hypersil BDS (150 mm x 5 mm) with a mobile phase consisting of phosphate buffer: acetonitrile (80:20, %v/v) ratio. The mobile phase was delivered at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The eluents were monitored at wavelength 280 nm and found sharp and symmetrical peaks with retention times of 3.27 and 4.27 min. The method was validated for linearity, accuracy, precision, and system suitability. The method was found to be linear over the concentration range 10-30µg/mL, 10-30µg/ml, with regression 0.999. The percentage recoveries for Tranexamic acid and Ethamsylate were found to be in the range of 100.41% and100.31 %, respectively. The developed HPLC technique is precise, specific, accurate, and stable. Hence, this study proves that the method is reproducible, selective, and suitable to be applied for the analysis of tranexamic acid Ethamsylate in commercial pharmaceutical dosage form for quality control applications.

Background: Sense of Coherence (SOC) is a logical factor that enables people to cope with stressors and successfully improve health. Oral health has an impact on general health and Quality of Life. This study was undertaken with the aim to assess the impact of SOC with Oral Hygiene, dental caries and periodontal status among young adults in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Materials and methods: The study was conducted among 500 young adults of age group 19 to 23 years selected using cluster random sampling. SOC data were collected using 13 item standardized versions of SOC scale proposed by Antonovsky. Oral hygiene status was assessed using Oral Hygiene Index- Simplified (OHI-S) by John C Greene and Jack R Vermillion, Dental caries was assessed using WHO criteria Decayed Missing Filled Treatment (DMFT) index and Periodontal status was estimated using the Community Periodontal Index (CPI). Analysis was done using Median test and Pearson correlation to compare SOC scores with dental parameters. Level of significance was set at 0.05. Results: SOC scores ranged from a minimum of 22 to a maximum of 81. The mean SOC score is 52.8 ± 7.6. There was no significant association between SOC and OHI(S), and mean DMFT. CPI and LOA were found to be significantly associated with SOC. The correlation test confirms that there is a significant weak correlation (R= -0.094; p<0.05) between CPI and SOC, i.e., as SOC score increases, CPI score decreases. However, Correlation value is not significant in LOA vs SOC. Conclusion: Although there was a significant relation only between SOC and CPI, the concept can be used to modify the oral health care behaviours to improve their quality of life.

Objectives: Access to dental care in rural parts of Cameroon is a public health problem. Short-term oral health interventions in rural communities provide vital relief and access to specialized dental services. This study was carried out after a dental outreach to describe the oral health status, dental hygiene and dental habits among the inhabitants of Messamena, East Cameroon. Method: This study used secondary data and adopted a cross-sectional study design. Participants took part in a free health and dental outreach at the Messamena district hospital in August 2024. Data was entered into Kobo Collect and analyzed for socio-demographics, dental hygiene, dental habits, general oral health, and satisfaction of participants. Results: Data from 53 participants who attended the dental outreach was analyzed. Most participants had never visited a dentist (69.8%), and only 34% brushed their teeth at least twice a day. Products used for toothbrushing included fluoridated toothpaste (48.5%), soap (19.1%), salt (8.8%), and charcoal (7.4%). Analysis of the debris and tartar index showed poor oral hygiene (94.3%). Most participants had plaque and calculus indices of two. Almost all participants (98.1%) were satisfied with the intervention that was carried out. Generally, participants in this outreach had poor oral hygiene and several oral health diseases which were exacerbated by the lack of accessible oral healthcare and oral health professionals. Conclusion: This study reveals the need for dental outreaches and the need to provide rural communities like Messamena with long-term preventive and curative dental services.

Autism Spectrum Disorder includes a group of developmental disorders characterized by a delay and deviation in the development of communication, socialization, cognitive skills, and the presence of restricted interests as well as repetitive behaviors. In the present paper, the authors present the psychiatric disorders that can most often be associated with the diagnosis of autism and the most frequent diagnostic means to diagnose comorbidity. Diagnosis can be difficult, especially in mild forms, because individuals with autism are more likely to have comorbid psychiatric disorders than the general population. Moreover, psychiatric comorbidities can worsen the clinical course of autism and determine resistance to pharmacological treatments. Further studies are needed to validate increasingly sensitive psychometric scales in identifying psychiatric comorbidities in people with autism and to use more appropriate medications for the management of core aspects of autism.
