    Abstract The work is devoted to research of vulcanization characteristics of mixtures and revealing of features of change of technological, dynamic and physical-mechanical properties of elastomers on the basis of isoprene rubber filled with carbon black N330 and boron nitride (BN). It has been established that with a gradual increase in the concentration of the inert filler BN a decrease in the curing rate by 33% and the density of the polymer cross-linking by 26% is observed, as well as an increase in the curing start time by almost 300% and the optimal curing time by 200%. At the same time, there is a 26% decrease in the "Payne effect", a 50% increase in the relative elongation at rupture and a 30% decrease in the tensile strength.

    Kunat, Osman;

    Geleneksel kültür izleri toplumların kimliklerini betimlemede önemli rol oynar. Geleneksel Kültürler, toplumların öz değerleridir. Toplumların yaşama biçimi, örf ve adetleri, kılık kıyafetleri, günlük kullanım eşyalarındaki süsleme unsurları bu öz değerleri betimler. Geleneksel kökenli süsleme tarzlarının üslup ve özelliklerinin geleceğe yansımasının en temel güncel göstergesi, hediyelik eşyalardaki bulunurluklarıdır. Yerli ve yabancı turistlerin hediyelik eşyalara ilgisi aslında yöreye özgü geleneksel temada birleşir.Bu çalışmada geleneksel kökenli hediyelik eşyaların kültür yolculuğuna değinilmiştir. Antalya – Kaleiçi'nde, hediyelik eşya sektörünün ürün tedariği, sektörün sorunları, Turizm'deki rolü ele alınmıştır. Antalya-Kaleiçi kompleksinde dükkânlarda satılan geleneksel kökenli hediyelik eşyalarda yozlaşmanın (Kitschleşme) güncel oran ve durumuna yer verilmiştir. Geleneksel üslup ve yozlaşmış ürünlerin dükkân içi ve dışı sergilenme şekli, satıcıların ürünleri satış stratejileri incelenmiştir. Traces of traditional culture play a vital role in describing the identities of societies. Traditional cultures are the core values of societies. The way societies live; customs and traditions, costumes, elements of ornamentation in daily use goods describe these core values. The most basic current indicator of the reflection of the style and characteristics of traditional ornamental styles is their presence in souvenirs. The interest of domestic and foreign tourists in souvenirs is actually combined with the traditional theme of the region.In this study, the cultural journey of traditional souvenirs has been mentioned. In Antalya -Kaleiçi, the product supply of the souvenir sector, the problems of the sector and its role in tourism were discussed. The current rate and degeneration of corruption (kitschization) in traditional souvenirs, which are sold in the shops in Antalya-Kaleiçi complex, are given. Traditional style and degenerated products display in and out of shops, sellers' product sales strategies were examined. 178

    Статья посвящена публикации свинцовой композиции, которая была случайно найдена в Ольвии в 80-х годах XX в. и ныне находится в одной частной коллекции. Подобные свинцовые фигурки, которые не без основания считаются вотивами, весьма характерны для Ольвии и её округи. Однако сюжет, представленный на рассматриваемой композиции — крылатая женщина на колеснице — среди ольвийских свинцовых изделий не зафиксирован. В то же время аналогичный сюжет фигурирует на предметах погребального инвентаря боспорян. Близкие аналогии автор находит и среди вещей и сюжетов заупокойного культа фракийцев. Поэтому он предполагает, что в образе крылатой женщины на публикуемом вотиве ольвиополиты видели не богиню победы Нику, но некоего хтонического демона (или хтоническую богиню). Наиболее близкие боспорские и фракийские аналогии говорят о том, что вотив был отлит в конце IV или в III в. до н.э. The article is devoted to the publication of a lead composition, which was accidentally found in Olbia in the 80s of the 20th century CE and is now in a private collection. Similar lead figurines, which are not without reason considered votives, are very characteristic of Olbia and its environs. However, the plot presented in the composition under consideration — a winged woman on a chariot — was not recorded among the Olbian lead items. At the same time, a similar plot appears on the items of the Bosporan funerary inventory. The author finds close analogies among the things and plots of the funeral cult of the Thracians. Therefore, he suggests that in the image of the winged woman on the published votive, the Olbiopolites saw not the goddess of victory, Nike, but some kind of chthonic demon (or chthonic goddess). The closest Bosporan and Thracian analogies indicate that the votive was cast at the end of the 4th or in the 3rd century BCE.

En gardant ces deux axes à l’esprit, nous pourrions revenir au rôle tenu, dans la réflexion historique, par les deux modèles évoqués en ouverture : celui de Chayanov, et celui, mieux connu des historiens français, d’Ernest Labrousse. De quelle manière ces modèles ont-ils été utilisés, et dans quelles limites sont-ils utiles ? ...

    Insufficient or even unavailable training data of emerging classes is a big challenge of many classification tasks, including text classification. Recognising text documents of classes that have never been seen in the learning stage, so-called zero-shot text classification, is therefore difficult and only limited previous works tackled this problem. In this paper, we propose a two-phase framework together with data augmentation and feature augmentation to solve this problem. Four kinds of semantic knowledge (word embeddings, class descriptions, class hierarchy, and a general knowledge graph) are incorporated into the proposed framework to deal with instances of unseen classes effectively. Experimental results show that each and the combination of the two phases achieve the best overall accuracy compared with baselines and recent approaches in classifying real-world texts under the zero-shot scenario.     Ana Pereira Ferreira; Rui Miguel Rocha;

    The medieval university, as a cultural institution par excellence and an essential vehicle for the intellectual production and development of Europe at that time, consisted of several academic bodies, among them the officials, responsible for the administration and university bureaucracy. For this reason, we propose to study one of the most important officers of the medieval university: the beadle. In this article, we propose an analysis of the characteristics (academic formation, recruitment methods, careers lengths, remuneration mechanisms, service to the crown and church) and the evolution of the functions of this position in the Portuguese university, between 1309 (corresponding to the first moment in which the beadle appears documented) and 1537 (year of the definitive relocation to Coimbra), emphasizing the transformations that would give the mentioned post an economic and financial dimension, as well as a high degree of responsibility in the preservation of the material sphere of the university. A universidade medieval, enquanto instituição cultural por excelência e veículo essencial da produção e desenvolvimento intelectual da Europa de então, era constituída por corpos académicos, entre os quais o oficialato do Estudo, responsável pela administração e burocracia universitária. Nesse sentido, propomos tratar de um dos mais importantes oficiais da universidade medieval: o bedel. Neste artigo, com base em documentação régia e estatutária, propomos uma análise das características (formação académica, métodos de recrutamento, duração de carreiras, mecanismos de remuneração, serviço à coroa e igreja) e da evolução das funções deste cargo na universidade portuguesa, entre 1309 (correspondente ao primeiro momento em que ofício aparece documentado) e 1537 (ano da transferência definitiva para a cidade de Coimbra), enfatizando as transformações que atribuiriam ao referido cargo uma dimensão económica e financeira, bem como um elevado grau de responsabilidade na preservação da esfera material da universidade.

    Synopsis The interstellar medium contains both polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and cosmic rays. The frontal impact of a single heavy cosmic ray strips out many electrons. The highly charged species then relax by multi-fragmentation, potentially feeding the interstellar medium with hydrocarbon chains. We model both ionization(s) and fragmentation processes and compute the fragments production rates of particular interest for astrophysical models.

    Raif, Zineb; Zouiten, Mounir;

    Le patrimoine culturel constitue une vitrine majeure pour l’attractivité des territoires. Le vecteur touristique joue, à ce titre, un rôle important. Le patrimoine culturel constitue une ressource qui possède un potentiel touristique incontournable et participe fortement dans le développement socio-économique et durable des territoires. La culture et le tourisme sont deux secteurs étroitement liés qui contribuent fortement dans le développement économique des pays. La culture et le patrimoine culturel sont des éléments clés de l’image d’une destination touristique, car les atouts culturels et patrimoniaux exercent de l’influence sur la fréquentation touristique des territoires. Les touristes sont souvent motivés et attirés par le patrimoine culturel au cours de leurs visites à l’étranger. La valorisation du patrimoine renforce pour un grand nombre de pays leur secteur du tourisme. La dynamique quotidienne des activités économiques des touristes est associée, directement ou indirectement, à d’autres grandes activités économiques, comme le transport, l’hôtellerie, les rentrées en devises, etc. Par ailleurs, l’attractivité touristique exige prioritairement la mise en œuvre d’un ensemble de stratégies et de mesures appropriées s’inscrivant dans la perspective de l’innovation managériale des acteurs urbains. La bonne gouvernance territoriale en matière de conservation, de réhabilitation, de valorisation et de promotion du patrimoine permet de développer particulièrement le secteur du tourisme culturel tout en assurant le développement durable territorial. Le présent article, qui s’inscrit dans le cadre de notre recherche doctorale, a pour but de présenter une recension des approches conceptuelles et théoriques de la problématique du patrimoine culturel et ses impacts sur l’attractivité touristique et le développement socio-économique des territoires. Ce tour d’horizon est nécessaire, non pas pour lui-même, mais pour cadrer notre travail de recherche et nous outiller de concepts opérationnels pour sa mise en œuvre. Cultural heritage is a major showcase for the attractiveness of the territories. As such, the tourist vector plays an important role. Cultural heritage is a resource that has an unmissable tourist potential and plays a major role in the socio-economic and sustainable development of the territories. Culture and tourism are two closely related sectors that contribute significantly to the economic development of countries. Culture and cultural heritage are key elements of a tourist destination’s image, as cultural and heritage assets exert an influence on the tourist frequentation of the territories. Tourists are often motivated and attracted to cultural heritage during their visits abroad. The valorization of heritage strengthens in many countries their tourism sector. The daily dynamics of the economic activities of tourists are associated, directly or indirectly, with other major economic activities, such as transport, hotels, foreign exchange receipts, etc. Moreover, tourism attractiveness requires, as a priority, the implementation of a set of appropriate strategies and measures within the perspective of managerial innovation by urban actors. Good territorial governance in terms of conservation, rehabilitation, valorization and promotion of heritage makes it possible to develop the cultural tourism sector in particular while ensuring territorial sustainable development. This article, which is part of our doctoral research, aims to present a review of conceptual and theoretical approaches to the problematic of cultural heritage and its impacts on tourism attractiveness and socioeconomic development of the territories. This overview is necessary, not for itself, but to frame our research work and equip us with operational concepts for its implementation.

    Kunat, Osman;

    Philippe Minard La discussion, lors de la première séance, a plutôt porté sur la circulation de l’argent. Nous avons ensuite envisagé la mobilisation de l’argent. En gardant ces deux axes à l’esprit, nous pourrions revenir au rôle tenu, dans la réflexion historique, par les deux modèles évoqués en ouverture : celui de Chayanov, et celui, mieux connu des historiens français, d’Ernest Labrousse. De quelle manière ces modèles ont-ils été utilisés, et dans quelles limites sont-ils utiles ? ...

    Insufficient or even unavailable training data of emerging classes is a big challenge of many classification tasks, including text classification. Recognising text documents of classes that have never been seen in the learning stage, so-called zero-shot text classification, is therefore difficult and only limited previous works tackled this problem. In this paper, we propose a two-phase framework together with data augmentation and feature augmentation to solve this problem. Four kinds of semantic knowledge (word embeddings, class descriptions, class hierarchy, and a general knowledge graph) are incorporated into the proposed framework to deal with instances of unseen classes effectively. Experimental results show that each and the combination of the two phases achieve the best overall accuracy compared with baselines and recent approaches in classifying real-world texts under the zero-shot scenario.     Ana Pereira Ferreira; Rui Miguel Rocha;

    Raif, Zineb; Zouiten, Mounir;

    Le patrimoine culturel constitue une vitrine majeure pour l’attractivité des territoires. Le vecteur touristique joue, à ce titre, un rôle important. Le patrimoine culturel constitue une ressource qui possède un potentiel touristique incontournable et participe fortement dans le développement socio-économique et durable des territoires. La culture et le tourisme sont deux secteurs étroitement liés qui contribuent fortement dans le développement économique des pays. La culture et le patrimoine culturel sont des éléments clés de l’image d’une destination touristique, car les atouts culturels et patrimoniaux exercent de l’influence sur la fréquentation touristique des territoires. Les touristes sont souvent motivés et attirés par le patrimoine culturel au cours de leurs visites à l’étranger. La valorisation du patrimoine renforce pour un grand nombre de pays leur secteur du tourisme. La dynamique quotidienne des activités économiques des touristes est associée, directement ou indirectement, à d’autres grandes activités économiques, comme le transport, l’hôtellerie, les rentrées en devises, etc. Par ailleurs, l’attractivité touristique exige prioritairement la mise en œuvre d’un ensemble de stratégies et de mesures appropriées s’inscrivant dans la perspective de l’innovation managériale des acteurs urbains. La bonne gouvernance territoriale en matière de conservation, de réhabilitation, de valorisation et de promotion du patrimoine permet de développer particulièrement le secteur du tourisme culturel tout en assurant le développement durable territorial. Le présent article, qui s’inscrit dans le cadre de notre recherche doctorale, a pour but de présenter une recension des approches conceptuelles et théoriques de la problématique du patrimoine culturel et ses impacts sur l’attractivité touristique et le développement socio-économique des territoires. Ce tour d’horizon est nécessaire, non pas pour lui-même, mais pour cadrer notre travail de recherche et nous outiller de concepts opérationnels pour sa mise en œuvre. Cultural heritage is a major showcase for the attractiveness of the territories. As such, the tourist vector plays an important role. Cultural heritage is a resource that has an unmissable tourist potential and plays a major role in the socio-economic and sustainable development of the territories. Culture and tourism are two closely related sectors that contribute significantly to the economic development of countries. Culture and cultural heritage are key elements of a tourist destination’s image, as cultural and heritage assets exert an influence on the tourist frequentation of the territories. Tourists are often motivated and attracted to cultural heritage during their visits abroad. The valorization of heritage strengthens in many countries their tourism sector. The daily dynamics of the economic activities of tourists are associated, directly or indirectly, with other major economic activities, such as transport, hotels, foreign exchange receipts, etc. Moreover, tourism attractiveness requires, as a priority, the implementation of a set of appropriate strategies and measures within the perspective of managerial innovation by urban actors. Good territorial governance in terms of conservation, rehabilitation, valorization and promotion of heritage makes it possible to develop the cultural tourism sector in particular while ensuring territorial sustainable development. This article, which is part of our doctoral research, aims to present a review of conceptual and theoretical approaches to the problematic of cultural heritage and its impacts on tourism attractiveness and socioeconomic development of the territories. This overview is necessary, not for itself, but to frame our research work and equip us with operational concepts for its implementation.
