Abstract
Several issues lay ate the intersection between Philosophy and the Social Sciences and Humanities for the defenition of the Other's Place in political ans legal thought and in the sense of defining what is meant by «human nature». An anthropological perspective is needed in the sence of defining what is meant by «human nature». An anthropological perspetive is needed in the context of the political thought itself.
